Information Collection and Use
YouNeverCall respects the privacy of the users
of this Internet site and personal electronic
communication generally. We will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in
ways different from what is disclosed in this
statement. YouNeverCall collects information
from our users at several different points on
our website.
Personal information needed for orders
We request information from the user on our
order form. Here a user must provide contact
information (such as name, shipping address, and
e-mail address) and certain personal financial
information (such as credit card number and
expiration date). This information is used for
billing purposes and to fill customer's orders.
Certain other personal information (social
security number, date of birth) is required by
wireless carriers for credit approval and phone
activation, and is provided to that company as
part of order processing.
We require your social security number so
that the wireless carriers can approve your
order. When you enter your social security
number on our order form, we encrypt it using
128 bit secure socket layer technology (SSL).
In some instances, we may supply this personal
information (social security number, date of
birth) to an alternative credit provider. Aside
from information as to whether a potential
subscriber has been approved for credit, we do
not have access to an applicant's credit
information. Your credit information is used
solely by our third party provider to approve
your order. YouNeverCall, Inc. does not have
access to this information at any time during
the purchase process.
We require your email address in order to
process and track your order. From time to time
you will receive important information from us.

these emails, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom

We use an outside company to fulfill orders and
bill you for goods and services. These companies
do not retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any other purposes.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your
personal information with these companies for
any promotional purposes, only to fulfill your
order. The information shared includes your
name, address, phone number, and credit card
number.
We post customer testimonials on our web site
which may contain personally identifiable
information such as the customer's name. We do
obtain the customer's consent prior to posting
the testimonial to post their name along with
their testimonial.
Cookies

We use persistent cookies on this site. . A
persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for
an extended period of time. You can remove

Our orders are processed and shipped by
Simplexity. Personal information about your
order is shared between YouNeverCall, Inc. and
Simplexity in order to verify your credit,
process and ship your order, and address any
customer service issues that may arise. This
information must be shared in order to process
all orders we receive. Information shared
includes your name, address, phone number,
social security and credit card number.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends,
administer the site, track user's movement, and
gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to
personally identifiable information. We will not
share aggregated demographic information with
our partners and advertisers. This is not linked
to any personal information that can identify
any individual person.
