What is an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program is a way for webmasters or email list-owner to advertise products and earn commissions on every sale that this advertising generates. These adverts are nothing more than a banner or text link on your site or in an email that link to YouNeverCall's cell phone site. Any sale we make from one of your visitors or subscribers who clicks on the banner/link automatically gives you a substantial commission!
What is an Affiliate?
You! Anyone with a website appropriate for YouNeverCall's products can join the Affiliate Program, making him an Affiliate. Our Affiliates can advertise our products across any of their quality sites, newsletters, etc.
Why should I join?
Joining is FREE! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! All it takes is a few visitors to your site who click on our banners each month, and each sale means more money is automatically yours at the end of the month!
Which sites can become Affiliates?
Most websites qualify to become Affiliate sites, and we welcome all applications. To maintain the highest quality of our sites we reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at any time should we discover objectionable material on the site, for example.
How much money will I make?
It depends entirely on you! You are paid $35 for every phone/plan you sell, and you will be paid an additional $5 per phone ($40 per phone!) when you sell over 10 plans in that month. You are paid $50 per family plan, and $15 for upgrades, and as your volumes increase you will become eligible for further bonuses.
When am I paid my commission?
You are automatically paid for each individual purchase paid within 45 days (Net 45) after each sales month we only receive payment 45 days after the date of purchase, so you are paid the moment we are. You will receive the commissions owed to you for all the sales we have received payment for on a monthly basis.
Will YouNeverCall help me make more sales?
Of course! All our affiliates receive regular updates with promotions, recommendations and tips. Our success is your success!
What do I need to do to my site?
Simple all you do is add your affiliate code to any (and every!) YouNeverCall link on your site. For example, http://www.younevercall.com/blackberry_phones.htm?offerid=ABCD where ABCD is your affiliate code.
What banners can I use to advertise YouNeverCall on my site?
Feel free to use your affiliate link with any image or graphic of your choice. We have created a number of banners for our affiliates view them here.
How do you track my sales?
Whenever your site refers a visitor to YouNeverCall.com we set a cookie that lasts for 2 weeks with your affiliate code. So, for 14 days any orders this visitor places with us will be connected to your affiliate code, and those sales and their commissions will be yours!
Where is the best place for the YouNeverCall links?
The best results are achieved when the affiliate links appear above the fold in the top portion of the webpage and, of course, the more traffic on a page, the more potential for sales. So, the best position is high up on high traffic pages (like your homepage).
Who provides customer service?
YouNeverCall handles any and all customer service issues the moment a shopper comes to YouNeverCall from an affiliate site, all that remains is for the Affiliate to receive his commissions, we do the rest! (Of course, anyone can always contact us directly with any concerns about specific phone orders.)
What happens if a customer returns merchandise?
If a customer returns a phone for any reason we do not receive our commission from the Wireless Carrier. We will deduct the Affiliate's commission received on this sale from the next monthly payment we make to that Affiliate.
How do I log in to my account?
Simply follow the link to "Affiliates" on the YouNeverCall homepage to the Affiliates page where you can login to your Affiliate account.
How do I see the state of my account?
The first page you see when you log in to your Affiliate Account is your "Account Summary." This is a summary of all the activity in your affiliate account where you can see a summary of your earnings to date, as well as the statistics for all the orders you have facilitated in the last day, week or month, or since joining YouNeverCall.
How do I see the orders that have been made?
Click on "Order Details" to view the full details of all the orders that have been placed through your Affiliate Code. You will be able to see the orders that were placed over the last day, week, or month, as well as the details of all the orders that have been placed through your Affiliate Code.
How do I change my personal data?
Your password, name, username, web site and email addresses are all part of your affiliate profile. To view or edit any aspects of your profile, click on "Edit Your Profile" and dont forget to save all changes before moving on.
What is my Affiliate Code?
The moment you enter your account, every page indicates your Affiliate Code at the top, as "Your Affiliate Link." This link contains the 4 digits that are your code, for example, "Your Affiliate Link: http://www.younevercall.com?offerid=ABCD" where ABCD is your Affiliate Code, and ?offerid=ABCD must be appended to every YouNeverCall link on your site.
